We provide an initial email requesting the parent admin email address. When this email is answered with acceptable details the Welcome email containing login details for the parent and instructions for setting up the Child account(s) is provided within 24 hours.
Can pupils use ConquerComputing independently?
Pupils can use ConquerComputing on their own at any time using their login details. Pupils may need Parent assistance with the installation of 3rd party software such as Scratch.

Are children restricted in the lessons they may attempt?
No, Pupils have access to the whole Programme suite and can follow lessons from any Project or Stage.
I am not familiar with Coding, how can I help my child?
With ConquerComputing, prior coding knowledge is not required and everything is explained in simple terms. There is a Parent guide for every Project.
How long is a lesson and assessment?
As an estimate a video lesson plus assessment could take from 10 minutes to half an hour.
How can lost passwords be recovered?
Children’s passwords can be reset by editing the Child’s account profile from a parental login. Forgotten parental passwords can be reset by the Parent here – on screen instructions are available. All passwords are encrypted for security.
Can you retrieve data for a child accidentally deleted from the system?
Yes: Within 24 hours of a request)
